Research Interests:
We aim to understand how T cells sense and integrate information from both antigenic stimuli and the physiological environment to generate appropriate immune responses. We are particularly interested in how different stimuli influence the activities of individual CD8+ T cells and how these activities both sum and interact to generate a population response. Our work combines experimental models with single-cell measurements and computational biology to dissect the molecular and functional mechanisms of individual and collective T cell behaviours.
